Alan Lindsay has extensive experience in building companies and taking them public on recognized stock exchanges. He is currently Chairman, President and CEO of MIV Therapeutics, Inc. (MIVT-OB). Before coming to MIVT, Mr Lindsay was the Chairman, President and CEO of Azco Mining Inc. listed on the TSX and AMEX. He was also the Chairman of GeneMax Pharmaceuticals Inc., the predecessor non-reporting company, which he co-founded in 1999 and assisted with financing prior to leaving the company in 2001.
