Mr. Forman practices corporate and securities law. He represents a number of private and public, small to medium sized companies. He specializes in acquisition and divesture transactions, joint ventures and licensing arrangements. In addition, he assists clients with private and public financing transactions, including PIPES, initial public offerings and secondary offerings, and provides advice on all aspects of corporate representation, including 1933 and 1934 Act compliance, corporate governance and executive compensation issues.
Mr. Forman also counsels clients on matters involving distressed debt and claims trading.
