Mr. Granberg is responsible for all aspects of the firm's M&A and strategic advisory activities, including transaction origination, project management, client relationship management and financial analysis and valuations. Mr. Granberg worked at Standard & Poor's Corporation in New York for five years, where he analyzed, established and changed the credit ratings on debt issuers. Mr. Granberg then served as an investment banker for eight years at a major U.S. regional investment bank specializing in the structuring and issuance of fixed-income debt issues. Immediately before joining EuroConsult, Mr. Granberg served as Chief Financial Officer at a U.S. publicly traded company. Mr. Granberg graduated Cum Laude from the University of Washington with a BA in Finance and obtained his MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business. Mr. Granberg is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and also is a Registered Securities Principal holding Series 7, 24, 27, and 63 NASD licenses. |
