Mr. Truitt's primary practice areas are environmental and toxic tort litigation, as well as products liability litigation. He also has substantial experience handling general commercial litigation. Mr. Truitt practices in all areas of environmental law and concentrates in defending multi-party toxic tort cases. He has handled both federal enforcement proceedings and citizens' suits brought under the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. Mr. Truitt also regularly represents clients before the Environmental Protection Agency and various state and local environmental management agencies. In addition, Mr. Truitt has participated in defending numerous clients in products liability actions involving a variety of different products.
