Mr. Langton is an Associate who serves in the Business Law and Financings Department at Sherin and Lodgen LLP. He is experienced in general corporate law with a concentration in business acquisitions and sales, commercial finance and business counseling.
Mr. Langton received his B.A., with Honors, in Political Science and English from Concordia University (Loyola) in Montreal, Quebec, Canada in 1994, where, in 1993, he was the recipient of an Academic All-Canadian award for his excellence in academics while playing varsity hockey and serving as one of his team’s Captains. Mr. Langton received his J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 1997, where he won the Suffolk Mock Trial Competition in 1996, and his LL.M. in Finance and Banking, with an emphasis in Securities Transactions and American Finance, from Boston University School of Law in 2002.
Mr. Langton is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is a member of the Boston Bar Association. |
