Mr. Rothenberg is an attorney; Chairman of First Century Bank; and a Neutral Mediation & Arbitrations. He is the Founder and, since 1993, a Board Member of Major League Soccer. He was a Partner at Latham & Watkins LLP, from 1990 to 2000; Chairman of the Board, 1999 Women’s World Cup; Chairman and CEO, World Cup 1994, Inc.; Founder and Managing Partner, Manatt, Phelps, Rothenberg & Phillips, from 1966 to 1967 and from 1968 to 1990. Mr. Rothenberg also serves on the Board of Directors of Firstwave Technologies, Inc. He has served as a Director of Zenith National Insurance Corp. and Zenith Insurance Company since 2002. |
