Alan H. Resnick, age 62, was elected a director in November 2004 to fill one of the vacancies created by the increase in the size of the board from nine to 11 members. Mr. Resnick is president of Janal Capital Management LLC (investment management), a position he has held since August 2004 after a 31-year career at Bausch & Lomb Incorporated. Mr. Resnick served as vice president and treasurer and a member of Bausch & Lomb’s corporate strategy board until his retirement in October 2004. He also served as a member of the advisory board of FM Global, a leading property insurance carrier, until his retirement. Mr. Resnick is treasurer and a member of the board of directors of the Monroe Community College Foundation and serves on numerous boards and committees for several not-for-profit organizations in the greater Rochester, New York area. |
