Alan is a partner in the real estate department and his primary practice areas are real estate development, lending, leasing, and land use and zoning. Alan has been actively involved with all phases of office, industrial, retail, and multi-family development during his career, including acquisition and site development, landlord representation, UPREIT transactions, and a wide range of land use matters. He has also represented numerous institutional lenders on real estate lending matters.
