Mr. Bryan is an associate with Friday, Eldredge & Clark LLP in its general litigation section. His practice focuses primarily on railroad and toxic tort litigation. Past litigation and trial experience in federal and state courts include defense of claims in the areas of products liability, automobile accidents, insurance coverage issues, and contract matters. Mr. Bryan handles premises liability matters for a variety of retailers and business owners around the state. He also has experience in and currently handles the defense of claims for dental malpractice.
A large portion of his litigation work in recent years has been devoted to asbestos and silica litigation. Mr. Bryan has taken courses in the history, science and trends of silica and asbestos litigation. He has participated on the national silica litigation defense team for one of the firm's clients.
