Alan A. Beauchamp has served as an Executive Vice President and our Chief Operating Officer since January 17, 2005 . Mr. Beauchamp has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University . Prior to his appointment with the Company, Mr. Beauchamp accumulated a significant amount of experience in an administrative and executive capacity for several healthcare organizations including, Doctors Hospital Parkway and Doctors Hospital Tidwell. He was also the President, as well as an investor, for four software companies, and was a principal and President/CEO of Premier Analytical Laboratories, one of only 72 SAMSHA approved forensic drug testing laboratories in the United States . Mr. Beauchamp brings to the Company a collective 29 years in the healthcare industry focused on hospital operations. |
