Alain Tingaud, Chairman of the Board and Founder of InfoVista SA, served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since its incorporation in 1995. Since January 1999, he has devoted all his professional time to our business. From 1991 to 1998, Mr. Tingaud founder of ARCHE Communications, was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, ARCHE Communications became a subsidiary of Siemens in 1995. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Tingaud held other various positions within the Siemens group, including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Groupe Siemens Nixdorf S.A. (1997-1998) and of Siemens Business Service S.A. (1997-1998). From 1987 to 1991, Mr. Tingaud held various positions at 3Com, including Vice President of 3Com Southern Europe and Vice President of Strategy & Business Development. Mr. Tingaud holds a diploma in Technology from the University of Poitiers.
