Mr. Monie has been a Director of Jones Lang LaSalle since October 2005. Since August 2007, he has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Ingram Micro Inc., a Fortune 100 company that is the largest global information technology wholesale distributor, with annual sales in excess of US$25 billion. From January 2003 to August 2007, he was President of Ingram Micro's Asia-Pacific subsidiary. Prior to joining Ingram Micro in January 2003, Mr. Monié served as President of the Latin American division of Honeywell International, a leading diversified technology and manufacturing firm serving the aerospace, building and automotive industries, from January 2000 to August 2002. He joined Honeywell following its merger with Allied Signal Inc., where he had built a 17-year career on three continents, progressing from a regional sales manager to head of its Asia-Pacific operations and leading its expansion into both China and India. Mr. Monié has a Dipl. Engineer degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts at Métiers (ENSAM), Bordeaux and Paris, France, and an MBA from the Institut Supérieure des Affaires, Jouy en Josas, France. |
