Remediani, a Vice President with Andrews Consulting Group, is a financial systems executive with over twenty years of experience. His diverse business background includes accounting, auditing, business process reengineering, financial systems design and implementation, project management, and general operations management.
Al has designed and implemented ERP systems in both service and manufacturing companies. He has had the responsibility for business process reengineering and rightsizing for several companies. His approach is to first understand the business issues and then help find and develop a system solution to those issues.
Al's in-depth knowledge of ERP products focuses on project management and application support in the financial and distribution areas. He has worked closely with users in the setup and implementation of accounts receivable, sales order management, accounts payable, purchasing, and inventory. He has extensive experience in bridging the business and technology sides of a company to enhance the effectiveness of the system.
Prior to joining Andrews, Al worked for five years as an auditor in the public accounting field, served as CFO and chief operating officer in technical education companies, was the corporate director of financial systems for a $150 million fragrance manufacturer, and was project manager in charge of system implementations. |
