Al Deaver practices Intellectual Property and technology litigation. His activities include trial work enforcing and defending patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and technology contract rights. He also prepares and prosecutes Intellectual Property applications for electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical inventions, and for trademark rights. Mr. Deaver has served business clients on general technology issues for 15 years, advising on a range of issues, including IP audits and due diligence procedures, IP management systems, and IP contracts, licenses, and employee agreements.
