James A. Cochran, age 58, has served as our Senior Vice President, Assistant Secretary and Chief Financial Officer since October 2003. He served as Chief Financial Officer of PracticeWorks, Inc. from its formation in August 2000 until its acquisition by The Eastman Kodak Company in October 2003. He was VitalWorks Inc.’s Chief Financial Officer from August 1999 to March 2001, when he resigned from all positions with VitalWorks upon completion of the spin-off of PracticeWorks from VitalWorks. From 1992 until joining VitalWorks, Mr. Cochran was a member of the accounting firm of BDO Seidman, LLP, serving as a partner since 1995. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.B.A. in Accounting and an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance from Georgia State University.
