Al Cavagnaro serves AAIPharma as Vice President, Corporate Legal Affairs. He joined the Company in 1993, and until 2002 has held various positions in the Company’s legal department. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Cavagnaro served AAIPharma as the Company’s Corporate Secretary, working in the Office of the Chairman of the Board. In 2005, he returned to the legal department as Assistant General Counsel and Secretary for AAIPharma. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Cavagnaro practiced law with the law firm Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice in Raleigh, North Carolina. Previously, he served in the U.S. Navy Supply Corps. |
