Mr. Cosentino joined SK&A in September 1994, and was appointed President of the Company on February 1, 1995. As President, Mr. Cosentino formalized business operations, process and procedures, while managing growth. On December 1, 2002, Mr. Cosentino was appointed Vice-Chairman of the Board and Chief Financial Officer. Before joining SK&A, Mr. Cosentino had served as President and Chief Executive Officer of several public and privately held companies such as Basic Four Corporation, Microdata and EECO Computer Corporation (ECI). Early in his career, Mr. Cosentino was recruited from the IBM Corporation to join Management Assistance Inc. (MAI). There he founded Sorbus Inc., a subsidiary of MAI, which became the nation’s largest independent computer service Company with over 1200 employees. Mr. Cosentino’s success with both start-up and established companies is attributed to his excellent organizational and people skills. |
