Ajitav Mick Misra is an Associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in Los Angeles. He practices in the areas of real estate and tax with extensive experience in municipal bond offerings, low income housing and historical tax credit transactions, real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, international business transactions, securitizations, REMICs, derivatives and financial instruments.
Mr. Misra’s experience extends to in-depth tax research related to both domestic and international issues surrounding corporate, partnership, and individual commercial transactions. He has also advised investment banks, domestic and foreign investment companies, partnerships and publicly traded corporation on domestic and international tax law compliance.
Mr. Misra earned his J.D. at Georgetown University Law Center where he was a member of the American Bar Association Journal, The Tax Lawyer. He graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Pomona College.
