Ajay Agarwal is Managing Director of Venture Capital at Bain Capital, and joined the firm in 2003. Previously, he spent more than seven years as a senior executive at Trilogy Software, a privately held leading enterprise software firm based in Austin, Texas. Trilogy provides sales, marketing, and order management solutions to Global 2000 corporations. While at Trilogy, Ajay held numerous senior positions, helping drive Trilogy’s growth and expansion. As head of sales and marketing, Ajay grew Trilogy’s annual revenues to $250 million and led its expansion into new vertical markets—such as financial services and consumer durables. Prior to Trilogy, Ajay was a consultant with the Los Angeles office of McKinsey and Company, Inc. |
