Senior consultant with Coopers & Lybrand, thereafter manager with Roland Berger & Partner, Aïssa Azzouzi joined Sema Group in 1996 as financial planner and in charge of the company’s strategic development and M&A activity. In 1998, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee of Assystem Group.Three years later, he started up Tradeoptim Technology, a software company specializing in trading tools. Following the sale of the activity to a bank in 2003, Mr. Azzouzi joined back Assystem Group, this time as International Finance Director.Aïssa Azzouzi joined Linedata Services in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer. As a member of the Executive Board, Aïssa Azzouzi brings with him a strong international experience and will play an active part in the development of Linedata Services. 43 years old, Aïssa Azzouzi, qualified Chartered Accountant, holds an MBA from INSEAD and is a graduate of EM Lyon. |
