A 16-year veteran of the company, Adrian Bunce was named president of Dynex in March 2006. Mr. Bunce joined Dynex (formerly known as Dynatech Laboratories) in 1990, and progressed through various technical sales and marketing managerial positions before his appointment in 1999 to managing director of the company’s European manufacturing and R&D facility. Mr. Bunce was instrumental in the development of the concept and technical specifications for the DSXTM automated ELISA processing system. He established the UK and German offices in 2002, and since then, has concentrated on establishing new distribution and OEM relationships, as well as new product concepts, including the DS2TM, two-plate walk-away ELISA workstation introduced in 2006. Mr. Bunce started his professional career in electronic engineering design and software development, working for a small automation company where he managed the development of general engineering solutions for industry including LCD demonstration equipment for Epson Computers and a multi-million-dollar track-spraying system for the London Underground. Prior to working at Dynex, Mr. Bunce worked at Heidenhain GB Ltd, a large German-headquartered machine-control company, where he provided technical support to OEM businesses for precision measurement and CNC systems. |
