Mr. Peters joined Astea’s Board of Directors in June 2000 and is a member of the Audit Committee. He is also president of Tellstone LLC a firm founded by Mr. Peters in 1995. Tellstone is a management-consulting firm that specializes in advising executive management of middle market companies and high growth ventures on strategies for growth profit improvement and increased valuation. Previously he held various executive positions at Siemens AG Federale Investment Holdings Arthur Andersen Consulting and IBM. His experience includes general management marketing and sales and finance across a broad spectrum of markets. Mr. Peters studied mathematics physics and engineering at the University of Stellenbosch and management at Harvard Business School. |
