Adele Bernabei serves as Vice President, Marketing with Cook Associates, Inc. Based in the Boston office, she is responsible for driving the firm’s corporate identity and branding initiatives, providing business development and pre-sales support to both the executive search and M&A teams, developing customer relationship management programs, maintaining collateral, and managing public relations. Throughout her career, Adele has sought out perspectives and opinions from highly regarded industry executives in an effort to influence and improve the way her firm's services are marketed and delivered. She has organized forums and meetings to foster an exchange of ideas between these thought leaders and enable continuous education for the entire firm. Prior to Cook Associates, Inc., Adele served in a dual role as Senior Associate and Senior Director, Marketing with DHR International. Within ten months of joining the firm, she earned DHR's Award for Excellence for her efforts in marketing and the significant changes she affected across the organization. As a member of the recruiting body, she gained a first-hand look into the search process and meeting client expectations. This insight helped shape the company’s marketing strategy as Adele supported nearly 100 consultants in the Americas, Asia-Pacific and Europe. Adele’s career began with Christian & Timbers, an international executive search firm focused on the technology industry. Over the course of nearly ten years with the company, she held various functional roles and ultimately served as corporate Marketing Associate. In this position, Adele served as an advisor to the Partner body driving industry-first best practices for search management and executing business development programs. Additionally, she managed campaigns for 30 search consultants worldwide with responsibility for media relations, direct mail, and event planning. An active community volunteer, Adele is involved in youth mentoring, and participates in the annual Great Strides walk for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. A native of Lebanon, she is fluent in Arabic.
