Adam is an Associate in our Denver headquarters. Adam has an extensive background in real estate finance. He supports the team in all aspects of an engagement, including screening due diligence information, providing financial analysis, and developing strategic planning initiatives. As a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker, Adam focuses his efforts on complex real estate asset and development Bankruptcy cases. Prior to joining GCP, Adam was a Real Estate Analyst for JHS Inc., a private equity real estate investment firm in Denver, CO, where he honed his analytical skills through the creation of proformas and financial models for numerous real estate asset classes. Previously, he was a Construction Manager for D.R. Horton. Adam received a BSBA in Finance-Real Estate from Colorado State University. |
