Mr. Schulman has 15 years of experience in the real estate community. He is responsible for the financial structure of all transactions for Atlantic Realty and for new development and acquisitions.
He is actively involved in the community including serving as a Board Member of the Falls Church Chamber of Commerce. He provides support to numerous charitable organizations in the region, and is involved in building industry issues, serving on the Board of Directors for The Northern Virginia Transportation Alliance.
He holds a BA from The George Washington University, is a licensed CPA and is a member of the AICPA. He lives with his family in Great Falls, VA. |
