Adam Safir is responsible for SafirRosetti’s overall operations including corporate development, legal, administration, accounting and finance. In this role, Mr. Safir has successfully directed the implementation of two acquisitions and all administrative aspects of SafirRosetti’s double-digit organic revenue growth over the last four years.
As project manager, Mr. Safir has managed the successful assessment and recommendation of a variety of police, fire, EMS and private security solutions including those on behalf of Meadowlands Xanadu, the Fort Lauderdale Police Department and the Annapolis Fire Department.
Prior to helping found SafirRosetti, Mr. Safir worked as an attorney in Sony Music’s Business Affairs department where he assessed and consummated business transactions on behalf of Columbia, Epic and 550 Records; a banker in the Mergers & Acquisitions General Transaction group of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette working in a variety of industries including telecommunications, manufacturing and consumer products; and as a Program Manager for Amphenol Corporation’s RF division in Danbury, Connecticut.
Mr. Safir is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and holds a J.D. and B.A. from the University of Virginia, graduating With Distinction. |
