Adam Freedman serves as Risk Manager and IT Director for EB Developers, one of Florida’s leading builders of mixed-use, single-family, multi-family and high-rise residential communities. As a seasoned corporate specialist, Freedman’s role as a multifaceted Chief Technology Officer, Risk Manager, and Financial Analyst for EB Developers supports the daily operation of the company through all stages of project development and project risk management. Most recently, Freedman’s expertise as a financial analyst played a crucial role in assisting EB Developers’ successful efforts to create a model that utilizes tax increment financing to subsidize attainable housing in South Florida. Prior to joining EB Developers, Adam served as a member of a consulting team working with Morgan Stanley to design and implement an information system to analyze and evaluate the degree of competition between large public firms in the healthcare sector. Freedman launched his professional career as a customer service analyst for Trans Union LLC, a global leader in credit and information management. He was responsible for the design, development, and implementation of a reporting system used to monitor associate performance and telemarketing operations efficiency. Freedman’s influence was largely seen through the development of a client-centric customer plan to adjust staffing levels based on the product need at call center locations across the country. Freedman holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware, where he majored in Finance with minors in Economics and Management Information Systems. |
