Adam Engroff is entering his ninth season with the team and his sixth as a college scout after spending 2001 as the club’s college scouting coordinator. In his current role, Engroff covers the western portion of the country in the team’s scouting system.
Engroff first joined the Dolphins in 1999 in the team’s college scouting department. During that time, he performed a myriad of functions, including college scouting and draft preparation. Prior to his tenure with the Dolphins, Engroff worked in football operations for the Orange Bowl Committee from 1998-99. He also worked for the Prep Recruiting Network from 1997-98, where he scouted high school football players.
A native of Topeka, Kansas, Engroff received his undergraduate degree from Kansas State in 1997. He went on to earn his master’s degree in sports administration from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Fla., in 2000.
