Adam Boyd has worked on a wide variety of assignments during his time at Goldin Associates. Most recently, he has been on-site at Refco, where he supports the debtor’s efforts to develop a plan of reorganization and wind down its activities. Adam was a member of the firm's Enron engagement team for the duration of Harrison J. Goldin's tenure as Examiner. At Enron, Adam focused on determining the nature and the value of cash transfers among entities, development and refinement of the overhead allocation methodology and review of transactions outside the normal course of business. He also worked on the firm's NorthWestern Corp. engagement, in which he aided in a detailed valuation of the company. Other notable assignments include a valuation of certain asbestos-related liabilities, a determination of the bankruptcy claim attributable to bonds issued at a discount to face value and an analysis of a series of loan securitizations. Adam's previous work experiences include origination of mortgages for commercial mortgage-backed securities pools, financial planning and analysis at Estee Lauder and an internship at the White House. Adam holds a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. |
