As a member of the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice, Adam has over ten years experience serving hardware technologies, systems integration, software and services, and telecommunications clients. He has recruited executives for public companies and private enterprises funded by venture and private equity. Adam has successfully completed assignments for CEOs, COOs, CFOs, members of the board of directors, and other senior management roles including vice presidents of sales, marketing, operations, finance, and human resources. Adam began his search career with Morgan Howard, a boutique recruitment company where he was instrumental in its expansion throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In 2001, he joined Renoir Partners as a founding member, to focus on building board and senior management teams in the US and Europe. This team later became the Technology Media and Telecom Practice of CTPartners. Adam focuses on Hardware Technologies, System Integration and IT Services, Software, Telecommunications and Media. Adam received a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Honours with a subsidiary focuses in French from Birmingham University, England. Adam is a committee member of the Technology Futures Network (TFN), the UK’s leading forum for the business leaders of technology companies.
