Mr. DeVoe is an Associate in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Denver office and a member of the firm's Natural Resources and Water & Public Lands groups. Mr. DeVoe’s practice focuses on environmental litigation and compliance, natural resources law, water rights and land use. Mr. DeVoe represents private and public companies in water rights and allocation matters, air quality permitting and compliance, Clean Water Act permitting and compliance, Endangered Species Act issues, mineral rights development and permitting, and federal and state administrative procedures. Mr. DeVoe also represents clients on transactional matters including the purchase and sale of water rights, environmental due diligence and environmental permitting reviews and opinions. |
