Mr. Adam M. Brodsky has served as one of our directors since March 2006. He was the Director of Development and General Counsel for Gateway Colocation, a company offering services to telecom and internet service providers prior to its sale to Fibernet Telecom Group, Inc. in 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Brodsky was a real estate attorney with the firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobsen. He is currently Director of Commercial Properties and General Counsel for the Hakim Organization, a national owner of shopping centers, apartment buildings and office properties. Mr. Brodsky serves on the Board of Trustees of Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He has a B.A. from Muhlenberg College and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. |
