Adam M. Milam is a member in the Mobile office of Miller, Hamilton, Snider & Odom, L.L.C. and practices general civil defense litigation and maritime litigation. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Alabama and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. He is also licensed to practice in the State of Florida. He graduated from Liberty University with a B.S. degree and received his law degree from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University. Mr. Milam was the Managing Editor of the Cumberland Law Review from 1998-1999. He authored the Comment, "A House Built on Sand: Vacating Arbitration Awards for Manifest Disregard of Law," 29 Cumb. L. Rev. 705 (1999). Mr. Milam is a member of the American Bar Association, Alabama and Florida State Bars, Mobile Bar Association, and the Baldwin County Bar Association.
