Mr. Feldman is Of Counsel in the Denver office of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Department. He counsels lenders, developers and associations in real estate acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing and other matters. Mr. Feldman has closed on more than 75 loans representing many of the Nation’s largest banks and other lenders in multi-million dollar construction, acquisition and development loans for residential mixed-use subdivision development, office parks, shopping centers and outparcels, residential apartments and condominium projects. In Florida alone, Mr. Feldman has worked on construction loans with a value of more than $100 million for retail and residential development. Mr. Feldman has represented a number of associations in real estate matters, including having represented some of the largest and most affluent and prestigious homeowner’s and condominium associations in the Jacksonville, Fla., area, including Sawgrass Players Club (home of the PGA Tour Player’s Championship TPC golf tournament), Sawgrass Country Club, Marsh Landing, Jacksonville Golf & Country Club, Queen’s Harbour Yacht & Country Club and Hampton Park. He also represented Jacksonville Golf & Country Club in its initiative to convert to mandatory membership for its country club. |
