Adam J. Palmer is a Managing Director focused on investments in the aerospace, defense, technology and business services sectors globally. He has played an important role in several key Carlyle investments, including Landmark Aviation, Wesco Aircraft Hardware, Avio, United Defense, U.S. Investigations Services and Vought Aircraft Industries. He is based in Washington, DC.
Prior to joining Carlyle in 1996, Mr. Palmer was with Lehman Brothers in their Technology Corporate Finance Group focusing on mergers and acquisitions and financing for defense electronics and information services companies.
Mr. Palmer received a B.A. from Duke University in international political economy. Mr. Palmer is a member of the Board of Directors of Vought Aircraft Industries, Inc., U.S. Investigations Services, Inc., Standard Aero, Ltd., Piedmont Holdings and Wesco Aircraft Hardware Corp. |
