Adam E. Schwartz practices in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group where he focuses on trademark, copyright and media matters. Mr. Schwartz represents clients in intellectual property transactional matters such as the negotiation and drafting of royalty and distribution agreements, licenses and assignments, as well as the prosecution of trademark and copyright registration applications.
Mr. Schwartz’s experience also includes the litigation of intellectual property, internet, and commercial matters before the federal and state trial and appellate courts, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and various arbitration associations.
Mr. Schwartz is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College (B.A. 2001) and the University of Michigan Law School (J.D. 2004), where he was a member of the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review. Mr. Schwartz is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the State of New Jersey, and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. |
