Adam C. Hall serves as an associate at the firm's Oklahoma City office. His practice concentrates on business and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on financial institutions and finance, securities litigation (including NASD arbitration), bankruptcy and creditors rights, and debt restructure and loan workouts. Additionally, Mr. Hall has experience in the litigation of aircraft transactions, real estate transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Hall is a 2006 cum laude graduate of the Oklahoma City University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Hall was a Merit Scholar and a recipient of the Commercial Banking Law scholarship, as well as a member of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Team, the Order of the Barristers, and the William J. Holloway Inn of Court. Mr. Hall also received multiple CALI Awards for academic excellence. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hall had experience as a financial consultant for a major Wall Street investment firm.
