Adam Price is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on the trial phase of proceedings, with an emphasis on criminal defense and complex civil litigation. His skills in the courtroom were recognized by his peers through his election to the American Inns of Court, and he has also been honored by Utah Business Magazine as one of Utah's Legal Elite for 2004-2008. He is also a past president of the Labor and Employment Section of the Utah State Bar.
Adam attended Harvard Law School where, in addition to editing the Harvard Negotiation Law Review and the Harvard Journal on Legislation, he served as President of the law school's largest criminal defense organization. After receiving his J.D. degree, cum laude, Adam clerked for the Hon. Tena Campbell of the United States District Court for the District of Utah.
Adam is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Utah, as well as the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Prior to joining Jones Waldo, he worked for the Boston law firm of Hill & Barlow. Adam was born in Washington D.C. He pursued his undergraduate degree at Columbia University, where he graduated magna cum laude and earned election to Phi Beta Kappa. |
