Abe believes that a company’s greatest assets are its people, and the culture they create. As Managing Partner at Sanford Rose Associates Santee, Abe’s practice spans the global landscape. Abe works with senior level executives to understand their business goals and objectives relative to people, and how he can strategically impact their business. Abe enjoys working with technology-oriented companies where he believes his experience, process, exposure and visibility into the market can add measurable value. His assignments include senior and middle level executives in functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Development, Operations, and Legal.

In addition to his recruiting experience, Abe was the Director of Western Area Sales for Mobius Management Systems, Inc, a leading provider of enterprise content management software solutions primarily targeted at the Fortune 1000. Recruited back to Mobius in July 2004, he held several management positions including Mobius’ national major account team, federal government sales and western area sales, where his team finished #1.

Prior to re-joining Mobius, Abe was Vice President of Sales with Parago, Inc. Parago, a venture capital backed start-up founded in 1999, is currently a leading provider of promotional marketing services. Abe was recruited to Parago in July 1999. He was a member of the Executive Team that provided leadership and direction to the company. During his tenure, Mr. Goldberg recruited and groomed Parago’s top sales performers, and helped the company achieve over $40 million in revenue which led to their ultimate profitability.

Before joining Parago, Abe was the Regional Manager for Southwest Area Sales for Mobius Management Systems, Inc. Abe joined Mobius in July 1994. During his tenure, Abe was frequently recognized for his accomplishments which include; Rookie of the Year, first $1 million dollar contract in the company’s [then] history, and five years of achieving and/or exceeding quota.

Abe and his wife have three children, and live along the north shore of Lake Michigan. Abe enjoys running, cycling, hiking, skiing and golf.
