As Senior Vice President, Ab manages all aspects of development including site acquisition, development, financial analysis, asset management, leasing and disposition of projects. Ab is responsible for KDC's mission critical facilities development initiative which seeks opportunities and solutions for companies with specific technology, telecommunications and real estate requirements in marker throughout the United States. Ab has over 22 years of experience in commercial real estate including acquisition and development of 25 properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area.
