Aaron S. Goldsmith represents businesses in a broad range of commercial litigation and creditors’ rights matters in the courts of Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. His practice includes the representation of financial institutions, lenders, technology companies, construction firms and real estate entities. Mr. Goldsmith has experience in counseling creditors and advocating their interests in the bankruptcy courts. He has also assisted clients with appellate matters in Virginia and Maryland. Prior to joining Miles & Stockbridge, Mr. Goldsmith was a litigation associate in the Reston office of Bracewell & Patterson, L.L.P.
