Mr. Murdock is a corporate and securities attorney at Ray Quinney & Nebeker, where he focuses on public and private offerings, venture capital transactions, mergers, acquisitions, general corporate and public company representation. He recently rejoined Ray Quinney & Nebeker after spending the last two years in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's Salt Lake City office.
