Aaron Potter joined the firm in 2005 as an associate in the firmīs real estate department.
Prior to joining Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, Mr. Potter was an associate in the finance practice of Latham & Watkins LLP, where he was involved in numerous financing deals for major banks as well drafting mortgages and mortgage opinions. Before joining Latham, Mr. Potter served as a judicial clerk for two Circuit Judges on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, consecutively.
Mr. Potter received his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2001 from the University of Notre Dame Law School. At Notre Dame, Mr. Potter served as note editor for the Notre Dame Law Review.
In 1995, he received his masterīs degree in teaching from George Fox University. He received his bachelorīs degree , magna cum laude, in 1991 from Biola University, where he majored in music with a concentration in trumpet performance.
Mr. Potter was admitted to practice law in 2003 by the State Bar of Illinois.
