Aaron M. Ponzo is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the area of Toxic Tort Law, with a particular emphasis in Asbestos/Silicosis. Mr. Ponzo also engages in the representation of clients in Bankruptcy, Landlord/Tenant, and Family Law matters. Mr. Ponzo is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. He is also member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and American Bar Associations. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ponzo served as a law clerk to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania for the Honorable Judge Joseph Del Sole and the Honorable Judge Mary Jane Bowes. Mr. Ponzo graduated from Gannon University in 2000 with a B.S. in Marketing. He received his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2006 where he was a member and Production Editor of the Law Review and recipient of the CALI Excellence Award for Advocacy and Adjudication. Mr. Ponzo has written about the Americans with Disabilities Act in the Duquesne Law Review. |
