Mr. Enz has over seven years of investment banking and finance experience. His transaction experience includes equity and debt financings and mergers and acquisitions. He has also advised companies on financial, business and strategic issues, business development, and provided valuation and securities analysis. His middle-market experience includes working with companies in business services, distribution, food products, manufacturing, mortgage banking, restaurant, retail, technology, and the wine industry. Prior to joining Wood Warren, Mr. Enz directed economic development projects for the Sonoma County Economic Development Board. Before attending graduate school, he was an analyst for Keegan & Coppin, Inc., a Northern California commercial real estate firm. Mr. Enz received a joint degree in economics and mathematics from Western Washington University and a Masters of Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and a member of the Security Analysts of San Francisco. |
