Aaron Crandall, a shareholder in Leonard, Street and Deinard’s St. Cloud office, is a business lawyer focusing on the representation of privately owned entrepreneurial companies, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, advertising, e-commerce, privacy and information security practices. Aaron routinely assists clients in identifying, evaluating and managing risks associated with all phases of privacy compliance. He advises clients on COPPA, CAN-SPAM and other U.S. state and federal e-commerce and privacy requirements. He drafts and negotiates software bundling and distribution agreements, privacy policies, online advertising agreements and custom programming agreements.
Aaron is involved in many community activities including serving on the Board of Central Minnesota Habitat for Humanity and has taught introductory legal courses as an adjunct professor at St. Cloud State University.
Aaron is recognized as a Certified Information Privacy Professional by the International Association of Privacy Professions.
