Áron Boros combines knowledge of the health care industry, Medicare coverage and payment processes and public affairs advocacy to assist health care and life sciences clients with a wide range of business and policy matters. Clients that Áron has advised include health care providers, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers. He has a special focus for these clients on integrating sound legal and regulatory advice with broader policy strategy, including building public and industry support. Áron also advises health industry clients on federal regulations that affect their acquisitions, and on government contracting matters.
In addition to his legal skills, Áron has practical experience in the health care industry. Before joining the firm he served as a law clerk at two Michigan-based health care providers, Trinity Health and St. Joseph Mercy Hospital System. He also advised a labor union on health benefits policy and strategy.
