Mr. Thomas has a general corporate practice with a primary emphasis in transactional and litigation matters involving business, corporate, commercial and real estate issues. Mr. Thomas also has experience in estate planning, estate and trust administration, and tax planning for individuals and businesses. Mr. Thomas is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Alabama, and before the United States Tax Court, and the Internal Revenue Service. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Alabama Bar Association and Birmingham Bar Association. Mr. Thomas was born in Birmingham, Alabama and received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Alabama in 1995, his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law in 2000 and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami in 2001.
