A.T. Bud Locilento joined Genesis in 2006 as the Senior Vice President of Human Development and is responsible for all areas of human resources including recruitment, organizational development, employee services and staff development. Prior to joining Genesis, Bud served as a senior executive for several large organizations, including The Diversified Search Companies and Novacare and has over 20 years of experience in the health care industry. Bud holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Albright College and a Masters in Industrial Psychology from Springfield College. He is the Founding Board Member of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruiters. |
