Mark Seal joined Joel H. Paul & Associates in 2007, following a 25 year career in senior management positions within the not-for-profit community. Mark served as Executive Vice President with the Jewish Telegraphic Agency (JTA), Associate Executive Vice President of the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS), Executive Vice President of the Jewish Reconstructionist Federation (JRF) and Chief Operating Officer of the American Jewish Congress.

Mark has extensive professional experience in budgeting and financial management, public policy development and implementation, human resources management, developing and implementing public relations and media strategies, IT and office system management, strategic, governance and operational planning, Board development and investment and endowment fund management.

A native of Montreal, Mark attended Herzliah High School and McGill University and was a founding member of Kibbutz Gezer. Mark is active in a number of Zionist organizations and has held leadership positions with the Habonim-Dror Foundation, Americans for Peace Now and Meretz USA, and was editor of the Jewish Frontier.
